I hear that some folks already have the papers ready to submit to recall Mr. Terminator six months after he takes office. This is getting crazy.

Supposedly there is one more state besides California that allows citizens to recall a governor without cause. There are about a dozen tha allow recall elections but generally require a cause, i.e. a conviction or a felony. My home state doesn't allow any of that, but we allow citizens to bring bills before the State House.

Don't know if this is the only one, but yup, that one other state might just be Oregon. As far as I understand the state constitution, we allow recalls without cause as well.
